WASHINGTON — Individuals armed with wall paper paste and large poster-size images critical of Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler papered Washington D.C. early Wednesday morning.

Each black-and-white poster of Wheeler, who they refer to as a “boot licker” and “Obama’s Bitch” in the image, is composed of nine separate pieces that were assembled immediately prior to posting.

Why was Wheeler’s face chosen for this particular image? The individuals posting the images, told The Daily Caller they became involved in such activism to help “move the needle” and wanted to “make [Wheeler] somebody people know, because nobody knows who he is unless you’re a wonk.”

No kidding, I remember jogging without a shirt when I was in my mid-20s (25 years ago) and a car full of coeds drove by honking and whistling. One of my cherished memories, no lie! (Now that I am old and fat, I don't even go in my backyard without a shirt out of consideration for others)
