Before I decided that bumper stickers were a worthless gesture, I had two nice Ron Paul ones on my old car while living here in LA. Someone took the time to rub and scratch both of them when it was in a parking structure, and that takes some force because they couldn't be peeled off easily, and the finish was solid.

Edit: My friend who lives near there says he thinks it is probably a neocon cause of the high incomes in that particular area, it is mostly red.

It's possible that it could be either. Bellevue is a fairly wealthy community but also home to western Washington university which is as close to a college commune that you'll find.
