This is just the beginning but one of many stories where white America's "chickens are coming home to roost." The fence you want so dearly along the border to keep people out is there to keep you in. The police forces that you trust to keep you safe are now kicking your ass and charging you with assault.
 
Incredible. He should sue the living shit out of the them. Not for money, but for the jobs of the bastard pigs that did that to him.
 
The Border Patrol does have the legal "right" under current US law to search the car if the dog handler says the dog "alerted" on the car.

Of course this is shifty as hell due to the fact that the dog handler can lie if he wants to.

the sad thing is that when they sue it's usually for money, & that money comes from taxes:(

obviously it was made this way so agencies & corporations could absolve themselves of any real consequences...rarely do people ever get fired or removed from office

This pisses me off. Where is Al Sharptongue? This is an obvious, blatant injustice by police officers on an innocent citizen. Where are our civil rights leaders?

I say we all flood his office with emails and phone calls and DEMAND that he use all those funds he collects to help this man with a legal team!

Actually it was the pastors mistake to refuse to get out of the car once the police officer showed up and stated that he was being placed under arrest.

As someone said in the other thread, you don't fight after you are told that you are being placed under arrest. You fight in court.
 
Well, yes.. I agree with that.

I do not however agree with beating a person just because you wear a badge. That is why I ask where Al is.
