I made that commercial myself...
I rented $50 in video equipment, scripted it out with my friend who produces at a local TV station.. used adobe premier... and there you have a cheaply done commercial that doesn't look too cheap.

I had to say the same script over and over.. each time the camera shot me from a different angle.
cut and paste... and you have a multi camera view with one cam.
