Audience forces King to ask Ron Paul a question

When you have the crowd on your side good things happen. So it was for Newt Monday, so it was for us tonight.

It appears they were just about to attack him on Iran. Did anyone notice the question on the big screen he was about to ask?

Wow, I didn't notice that until you mentioned it and I went back to watch a third time. "How do you plan to deal with the growing Iran issue while balancing the avoidance of another war?" They always lead off the foreign policy segments with Ron so the others can take turns criticizing him after he speaks. We may have dodged a bullet there.

John King looked like such a SMUG ASSHOLE when that happened too. Just pause his face when it pans back to him after he asks if Ron wants in on the issue. What a twit! I want to slap him!

That was awesome! My SO and some friends were there and they said they were screaming at King along with some more folks around them that were not (previously) Paul supporters! They said that those people left singing his praises!

I hope he gained some conservative voter points when he said let the states overturn Roe vs. Wade. I don't hear any of the others saying that, they all want it handled at the federal level where abortion will always probably be legal.

This by far was the best moment of the night. I feel slightly vindicated. Hopefully this gets people on board with standing up for Dr. Paul. He is too passive at times due to his good nature.

Good Catch!

It just goes to show you what a difference it makes when the media treat you with the same respect as everyone else. Since Ron finally got to answer a non-nutty question, it flipped the script and made everyone else look stupid.

wow you're right. I don't want to say we dodged a bullet there, because I honestly believe Dr. Paul had a home run answer ready to go just like he did with everything else this night!

Ron might have had a good answer for Iran, but the abortion answer was a double-whammy in that he came out looking great whereas Santorum came out looking foolish. AND it was the last exchange of the night. Go, Ron, Go!

Nice!

Let's not forget one thing:

A BIG thank you to those supporters who where in the debate and forced them to listen to Ron Paul!!! You stood up for him and won him a critical battle! You opened the eyes of the viewers about the fact that he was being ignored by the "oh-so-fair" media! Thank you!!!!

I am sure that moment awoke some viewers: "who is this Paul, why are they constantly ignoring him, didn't he come in second in NH? What are his beliefs?"....

I actually have to say, much as we give him and his fellow CNN anchors flak for how they treat Ron, John King did a very fair and honorable job tonight. And of course, our "gentle persuasion" in the audience seemed to help. :D

I didn't see the fairness from John King, converted jewish journalist, with a conflict of interest and biased agenda..and husband of jewish american Dana Bash..
