ATTN: ANYONE w/ a FACEBOOK! Free $25/$50 Facebook Advertising Credit = FREE Ron Paul ads!

Personally, I wish we had a website that laid out all the important points for South Carolina Republicans:

1. Summary of Plan to Restore America
2. Pro-States rights record.
3. Pro-Gun rights record.
4. Pro-Life record.
5. Pro-Constitution and support he gets from the troops.
6. Life history as a doctor and congressman.

All in simple terms and quick to read paragraphs. We could embed some of the various ads from RevPAC or the campaign.

Articles are in general bad advertising. Advertising has to fit in the short term attention spans of people. Most people who you are advertising to, are in the process of doing something else and don't want to spend a lot of time being diverted from what they previously were doing.

How about an image then, on a link on my site? They click the FB ad, and it would redirect to my site's "page" that has an image with the bullet points? Is that what you're looking for?

Not really. It' only worth doing if a professional layout can be created with its own domain. Need to keep people's attention before they ever start reading anything. Otherwise, might as well just get a domain and just embed a video in it.

Also know your audience as well, please check out this great thread from posters living in SC/formerly living there on how to win SC:

guys this is a lot of fun, I have an ad in South Carolina titled "Ron Paul Surging" then the body reads"

Join the Revolution South Carolina! Ron Paul taking a page from Nostradamus during this incredible 2002 house speech.

With a link to this video:

You get to track how many views it is getting, and how many clicks. So far over 7000 people have seen my ad and it has only depleted $1.67 of the free $25

My newest one I made on my fiance's account, links to the You Like Ron Paul Except on Foreign Policy video.

great ad, I think I should duplicate that one maybe. South Carolina is huge, we need to take every avenue we can to get votes.

Definitely need more people to duplicate, my $50 will be gone by the weekend if this rate of clicks continues. That's good though, means the message is getting out there.

I was thinking about doing something linking to the predictions video. Like, "Why didn't we listen?"

"Ron Paul predicted the economic collapse, the war in Iraq, the debt crisis, and the Arab Spring - in 2002. Why not listen to him now?"

This is potentially HUGE, & FREE to do! Everyone on this forum with a facebook should be doing this!

You can also cap your spending limit to only spend the coupon, by:

1) Budget > Edit
2) Put $25 or $50 in the Budget (USD:) box
3) Set the drop-down menu to 'Lifetime budget.'

Signed up using the revpac ad and the support our troops template.

I limited to SC republicans who like
#College Republicans, #Jeff Duncan (politician), #Jim DeMint, #Mick Mulvaney, #Nikki Haley, #Tim Scott (politician) or #Trey Gowdy
Maybe I should add in Lindsey Graham too.

There are 39K users who fit those criteria. The better your limits the cheaper you can bid. I'm thinking of an anti-Santorum ad to run upstate. We'll see how my current ad works out.

I bid 1.75 and have paid 1.14 for the one click I've gotten.

Does someone have a list of zip codes in SC?

This is not exploited nearly as much as it should be....
Who knows people who are managing pro ron paul facebook pages? They should contact their members with this.

There are tens of thousands of Ron Paul supporters on facebook and some of them dont donate but they would do this because it is free and easy to do.

I respect "grassroot idea" but I am a little Monk-like and this is not effective.

Someone run an ad with this quote in it:
