NSA is the biggest user of data storage. Most of the storage companies have their own separate Federal Systems dept.

Enterprise storage companies like; NetApp, EMC -Isilon, HP, DELL, , 3PAR, Riverbed, BlueArc-Hitachi, etc all bring in huge revenues from the federal government. They spread the Sales over different accounts so as not to flag the SEC, uh the general public.
