We are working actively on getting him legal representation. It is very difficult because it is not easy to communicate with Adam as to his preferences.

The funds from the previous fundraiser are totally available to Adam. More than $5,000.

Not yet but we are preparing for it once we know he will be able to access it.

The most important thing is to continue to believe in and support Adam no matter.

We believe in Adam. We believe in his message of peace, love and liberty. We share his vision for a more peaceful future. We will never stand down. We will always continue defending him. We will remain always united behind him. We remain hopeful that state and federal officials will release Adam soon.

If you believe in the same or a similar vision as Adam, you must support him now when he most needs our support. Adam and other activists like him are creating a space for liberty. They are the tip of the spear. If they fail, we all fail.

At this time, I don't recommend either raising funds or contacting Virginia decision-makers (it's the weekend). But that can change at any time once we receive instructions from Adam.

I have no information about what the Park Police may or may not claim they found at Adam's home.

I can say with confidence that the number one priority of Adam's business team, family, friends and Shield Mutual is to get Adam out of that cage. We are working constantly on finding the best legal representation according to Adam's wishes.

The main impediment to him getting legal counsel up until today was the court itself, in my opinion. A court-appointed attorney has been appointed for him and is working on his behalf. We are working on finding the best attorney to continue forward now.

I am not a lawyer, I don't know.

It's less true that he was actively denied representation and more true that in the American injustice system of 2013, the wheels turn really slowly. It is standard operating procedure to bring defendants to an arraignment without previous access to any kind of counsel. Court has turned into a factory setting where victims are shuffled in and out all day long without much care for ensuring a quality process and complete respect for rights.

I had no foreknowledge of what some claim he did on July 4th.

I'm not privy to discussions between Adam and his business team.

I'm not sure why legal options were not organized ahead of time but, of course, hindsight is 20/20. One of the more important things we each individually need to do is learn from others' actions and constantly improve our own activism, planning and capabilities.

I don't know what Adam was expecting.

I think it's unquestionable that there are people in DC who would love nothing more than to lock Adam away under any pretense. Even the alleged crimes they accuse him of in Virginia are victimless crimes. No victim, no crime!

I don't have a question but would like a message conveyed.

Let him know that remaining silent and refusing to give their kangaroo proceedings the light of day was and is inspiring.

Some people here don't understand the message that it sends and why it annoys the courts so. Fuck them and the judge. The record, for those who care to educate themselves will understand, will show Kokesh is a political prisoner who was unjustly targeted by the DoJ.

No victim, no crime; That is true. I see a victim, though. One whose house was unlawfully (in the true essence of the Law, not their bullshit redefinitions and lawyer-esque double speak) SWATted and flashbanged. Tell him to stay strong in jail, keep his mind free, and buck those cocksuckers every chance he gets. It will help him keep sanity knowing he is truly in control of his body and mind. Nothing pisses them off more than a man who cannot be broken.
