Ashli Babbitt was armed and dangerous

On January 6th, when Ashli Babbitt crawled through that smashed window in a barricaded door, she was carrying a 3 inch knife.

And before someone says "It's just a 3 inch knife", Karmelo Anthony killed Austin Metcalf with a 3 inch knife. But that's not the only problem. The person who was going to go through the window after her was armed with flash bangs and tear gas.

Edit: And before someone says "That's just a post on X and it doesn't prove she had a knife", Judicial Watch, the organization that represented Ashli Babbitt in the wrongful death lawsuit, admits that she had a knife on their website.

A DC Department of Forensic Sciences crime scene examination report filed January 11, 2021, indicated that among Babbitt’s personal possessions was a “Para force” folding knife.

In this video another rioter said that he got into the building "using tear gas and flash bangs" and the reason Ashli was shot was "It could have been me but she went in first."

Sorry, but that's not a peaceful protest. Had the officer let Ashli through the window and tried to man handle her she could have easily whipped out the knife and killed him. That just takes a few seconds. He also would have had to deal with other protestors like the man who said he was planning on going through and was armed with tear gas and flash bangs. I'm sorry she died. She never should have even been in there. She was gassed up into believing she could overturn an election when Trump NEVER PUT FORWARD EVIDENCE proving the election was stolen! Trump and his lawyers never even gave such evidence to Tucker Carlson!

In ^this video, Tucker goes as far as to say "We cover UFOs on this show because there is evidence they actually do exist" and "We don't dismiss anything off hand" and "We would have given Sydney Powell the whole week (to present her case for election fraud)." But Powell never brought forward the evidence. Actual evidence of election fraud from Trump and his team has been as elusive as the Epstein files. If Trump and his team had either A) put forward enough evidence to at least convince Tucker Carlson the election was stolen or B) abandoned the claim altogether, Ashli Babbitt might still be alive today.

And yet, the lies are allowed to continue. Ashli Babbitt was given military honors for basically being a sucker.

Trump is now getting ready to give Rudy "Ghouliani" the "medal of freedom."

I'm sure this post will tick some people off, but it's the truth. The truth can only set you free if you're willing to face it.

LOL it wouldn't make a difference if she even had a rifle strapped to her back

Articles like these are just copes to try to conjure some fake justification for what every normal person realizes was a murder

Considering that she was merely a vanguard to go through the window first when there were armed people behind her ready to go through the window after she did, you're right. It didn't make a difference. The shooting was justified either way. One flash bang would have disabled the officer trying to arrest Ashli and the door would have been fully breached. I get it. You would have been okay with that. But that still justifies the shooting.

Okay let's just say she did make it through.

What would have happened next?

Also tell me how the armed guards in the subway were able to subdue 30+ people who made it past their barricades, without having to fire a single shot?

Also tell me -

If Ashli Babbitt had seen a weapon pointed directly at her, would she have a) continued her violent attack, or b) stopped in her tracks, or c) other

Did you not watch the video of the guy with the flash bangs and tear gas? I know it can't be viewed here but if you click on it you go straight to YouTube. I promise I'm not Rick Rolling you. Other armed men were ready to go in after her.

How many armed guards were there in the subway? At the time Michael Byrd pulled his gun he was the only officer left in the corridor. There had been other officers there earlier. Maybe they went to the subway? And maybe the 30+ people were and crazy and unhinged as Ashli Babbitt to keep going after someone clearly shouted "He's got a gun."

The guy in the video said they went through the barricades through tear gas and flash bangs.

Context would imply the most likely interpretation of that, is that the capitol police were the ones deploying the tear gas and flash bangs, since we know already they used a bunch of those on Jan 6.

A) She should have heard other people shout "He's got a gun."
B) That's not on the officer. That's on Ashli Babbitt.
C) She shouldn't have been armed going into the capital in the first place. Since 1988 it's been against the law to carry a lethal weapon, including a knife, into a federal building.
D) The person who was coming through after her said the only reason he didn't go through is that she got shot. He saw the gun! Had the officer not shot Ashli, he was still going to go through.

There were people behind him and they were just chilling and relaxing.

Literally just standing there chatting.

Fair enough. What I heard as "threw" could have been "through." Of course that undercuts the "We were ushered in by the police" narrative that usually gets thrown around by the right. Some of the rioters were ushered in, but others fought their way through barricades, even going through tear gas and flash bangs.

A) She should have heard other people shout "He's got a gun."
B) That's not on the officer. That's on Ashli Babbitt.

It literally is on the Officer, it's called training. If you're saying his training allows him to shoot people who "should have heard verbal warnings from other people". Then you're nuts.

C) She shouldn't have been armed going into the capital in the first place. Since 1988 it's been against the law to carry a lethal weapon, including a knife, into a federal building.

She had no weapons in her hands and no visible weapons on her. A knife in her backpack can't be used as an after-the-fact justification.

D) The person who was coming through after her said the only reason he didn't go through is that she got shot. He saw the gun! Had the officer not shot Ashli, he was still going to go through.

That's not what he said. He said if he had went in first, he could have been the one that was shot.

That's distinctly different than what you are trying to say that he said.

 That literally happens every day in this country. YOU'RE nuts if you deny that. There's no proof that Breona Taylor even knew that the cops that kicked in her door and shot and killed her were cops. Yet they got off without even being prosecuted. And she wasn't breaking any laws. Ashlii Babbitt was breaking MULTIPLE laws. 1) Breaking and entering. 2) Carrying a deadly weapon onto federal property. 3) Disorderly conduct.

She had no weapons in her hands and no visible weapons on her. A knife in her backpack can't be used as an after-the-fact justification.

She still broke the law multiple times.

 His exact words were "It could have been me but she went in first. It was one of us." Key word here is "first" as in "Other people (including myself) were prepared to go in second." There's no other way to interpret that. If Ashli Babbitt had been successful in getting through the window without being injured, he would have gone in after her.

Are you saying now that the Breona Taylor was a justified killing?

And she wasn't breaking any laws. Ashlii Babbitt was breaking MULTIPLE laws. 1) Breaking and entering. 2) Carrying a deadly weapon onto federal property. 3) Disorderly conduct.

Okay, so, charge her with those crimes

She still broke the law multiple times.

Who hasn't?

Yes, and that undercuts your own argument that there was ample warning.

If they had expected to get shot, would they have still gone through? (First, or otherwise)

Clearly not.

If Ashli Babbitt had been successful in getting through the window without being injured, he would have gone in after her.

No, the implication is, if she had been successful in getting through the window without being stopped, he would have gone in after her.

It was not necessary to kill her, to stop her.

Yea, it is. The people in the hallway are relax and chill, check the bottom left video:

Okay. One person you can barely see at the end of the hallway headed out of the door and the other person in the middle.

No way to tell if they are "relaxed and chill." That's just your spin. The cops on the other side of the barricade with Ashlii Babbitt and the deranged mob are NOT "relaxed and chilled." They're scared. But they stay at their post until SWAT is coming up the stairs. The crowd threatens them by saying "Other people have been hurt today and we don't want to see you get hurt." The entire deranged mob was trying to get through the barricade, but Ashlii Babbitt went through first and got shot. The shooting under those circumstances was justified.

I hadn't heard of this until now, but good
Military honors are only supposed to be given for military operations. You're basically admitting this was a military operation. The shooting was justified.
