Vaccination is not a big problem, I am not totally against vaccination or the science of vaccination. But the problem is MERCURY preservatives that are used. One out of 150 babies have signs of Autism in US, and Mercury is a proven culprit.

Few years ago 'conspiracy theorist' were talking about Mercury amulgumated Dental filings to be responsible for Alzheimer's but their theory was rejected, only to be proven this year that they were true.
There were also many article on MSM Science magazines.

And NOW W3C is planning to gag those sites with a so-called "trustworthiness" rating for all sites. But I am sure Fox news will be rated a "trustworthy" site even after they were caught pimping a faulty(lethal) GMO seed on there channel for which they were dragged into court(by a whistleblower/dissident).

Faux asserted (in Florida court of appeals) that there are NO WRITTEN laws in US Constitution that bars channels from spreading "misinformation". And guess what...they won.

IMO, the government has only a few Constitutional functions, and they screw up most of what they attempt to do in any case. National Defense is one area they are responsible for, and other than 9/11 and the next War we step into, they have not done too bad except for the loss of life, money (over)spent and the growing list of enemies that blur into the other points you raised regarding Foreign Relations and diplomacy. Government performs its inefficient best in matters of coercion and force, lies, fear, and the military "kill and break things".

I still think public welfare is best handled by free markets and individuals who will seek what is best for themselves and their families.

Most people who are "against" vaccines would take them if they were safe. It's when the government denies the evidence of harm they have caused and then attempts to produce propaganda like the article the OP posted that just makes people not want to vaccinate their kids. If the vaccines were trusted, people would use them.

The reason some parents are not so thrilled about vaccinating their infants is because of the high rise in autism in the last 30 years. Some in the scientific community have linked the mercury component used to preserve vaccines to autism. Apparently, mercury attaches to testosterone (one of the reasons boys are more suseptible to autism - but don't forget - girls have a certain amount of testosterone in their bodies as well).

My daughter has chosen not to vaccinate my baby grandson until his little system is mature enough and strong enough to handle it - when he is old enough to attend school. And even then, she will look for vaccines which are not preserved with that component. In the meantime, our baby is not exposed to other children other than the ones in our family and close friendships.

To each, his own. Some of you people really should try to find out why the other side thinks the way they do before you sling your condenscensions.

I don't care what other people do, and I'm sure they have their reasons. So do the truthers.

Regarding CFL lightbulbs & mercury

Are we replacing mercury in vaccines with government-mandated(?) mercury in lightbulbs in our homes?

In terms of cause-effect proof for any health problem, such as autism, isn't one of the major issues the fact that there could be many contributing factors, which makes it impossible to isolate a specific one?

For instance, how many prescription drugs are now being found in our *water* supplies?

NOTE: My Illinois city considers "Fluorescent fixtures" to be hazardous waste, requiring drop-off at a central facility.

- What is the offset for decreasing emissions, if you have to drive somewhere to throw them away?
- How many people will simply throw them in their garbage as they always have?
- More importantly, what are the long-term ramifications for such mercury accumulation in hazardous waste locations/water tables?

And a question, when was the "myth" dispelled?
I know there is no conclusive evidence one way or the other, but have read nothing as far as the theory being tossed out the window.

Mercury - Well didn't the quick testing state mercury preservatives have no effect? They have to wait until all the mercury laden vaccines are gone, and then like the tooth fillings, they'll ban it all... of course then the findings will be the opposite. Trans Fats - what it does to your blood is like putting sand in with the OIL for your car engine. Trans Fat is the Hydrogen molecules injection, that make things taste better, creamier, etc. Those Hydrogen molecules solidify fat in your blood system. First thing I know that Ron Paul supports vaccine choice. Second you are using biased info. If you people took the time to do real research you would find that vaccines contain many disgusting ingredients including aborted fetal tissue. You can find that right at the CDC. Also vaccines still have mercury unless you ask for a mercury free one. They never found any proof that autism is not caused by vaccines. You will also find that autism has grown by 600% since the mass vaccines of the 90s.

Most of the out breaks of diseases among unvaccinated children actually are caused by other children getting a live vaccine that gives them the virus and makes them contagious.

Do some fucking research before you post crap like this.
