Arrested And Deported For Exercising First Amendment Rights?

"President Trump announced earlier in his second term that foreign students who engaged in illegal activity would be deported. Most people agreed with the policy. But then his Department of Homeland Security began showing up with masks on and in plainclothes to arrest and deport legal foreign students who broke no law but held views the Administration doesn't like. This is a slippery slope that will backfire on those who support it."

It wasn't just an op-ed. She participated in the illegal seizure and encampment of University grounds. Her student visa was revoked, so she is now subject to deportation. OUT OUT OUT!

Foreign criminals, America haters, and terrorists have no right to be here, they can speak all they want, SOMEWHERE ELSE.

That's just a lie, and deceiving Ron like this is elder abuse.

They never should have been allowed in in the first place and all the other foreign students should be expelled for any or no reason.
Kick them all out.

1) Non-citizens should not be afforded due process. 2) They should be deported for their anti-American views before anti-anything else. 3) "Free speech" should only be allowed for views that advance Heritage Americans.

Without due process, what stands in the way of deporting citizens and simply saying they aren’t citizens? No due process means no requirement to prove you have the right person.

The chances of this happening are extremely low. The benefits outweigh the costs significantly. These benefits include the fact that it would take years, decades to provide due process to the tens of millions of aliens in this country. If any citizen is mistakenly deported then they can go to the nearest embassy and let them know. They aren't just dropped in the middle of the jungle.

There are different methods of due process, it doesn't always involve a court that gets to drag the process out for years. There can be administrative due process that is sufficient for non citizens. Sending foreign nationals back to their home country should never need a court involved.

The burden of proof in this conversation isn't on me.
You prove somebody said "no due process in court". Because all I can see proof of is someone said "no due process". Yes, if you say different, the burden of proof is indeed on you.
