Can someone in the know define "Dwell Time Mission". I've never heard that term before.

Reading the Army Times article, this does look like a preface to martial law when TSHTF.

My advice, don't actively resist, work on subversion. These are Americans and they should be able to converted to the cause of Liberty, and could eventually become an ally.

I don't blame you one bit! I hear funny noises outside my home every night. Kinda gives me the creeps, lol. However, I think we will know when everything is gonna go down, either that, or the news won't even report it.
