Good job AR. It seems like a decent law being 18 or over, or those under 18 with parental permission. On the other hand, this is not Constitional Carry. You cannot carry in the county you live in, unless, at least, you are actually traveling to a different county. That's how I read the new law. Am I wrong on this? If so, how?
The bill also contains a definition of the word “journey”, which is now defined as leaving your county. Therefore, a person would be able to carry under this law, in plain view or concealed, if they leave their home county.
I believe the laws in AK and AZ are or 21 and over. The WY law excludes a whole classification of people, people that aren't state residents. Th WY law is also 21 and up, only.
Also, the article Matt posted said Con Carry is legal in some parts of IL. What is up with that?
