I really think the infighting should subside, but I simply don't understand why a nation must be subjected to what purely amounts to be a numbers issue. We live in a nation with limited resources already stressed by the heavy hand of government and we want to bring in third world dependents that even the Mexicans look down upon? Assimilation is the last thing the wine and cheese crowd want. It's purely about menial labor and staying out of sight when the guests arrive. Building a near endless supply of generational labor with a 4th grade education. Kinda like the serf phenomenon that typified the middle ages.

These families are doomed to perpetual servitude & governmental dependence due to a near insurmountable language and education gap. If all you know is cleaning toilets and trimming hedges, you're easier to control and manipulate. Change is very frightening to human beings and that fear factor exponentially increases for those without the the bulwark of varied life skills and some semblance of an education.

Sure....when illegals try to come through the border turn them around. Pretty simple. It's what border patrols job has been for years. Even before the proliferation of the police state. Your mentality accomplishes that goal as well. If they want to live here they can get a visa like my Canadian husband had to do.
