Are We EVER Going to See An Official "Rally for the Republic" DVD?

I have such warm and triumphant memories from watching the Rally for the Republic on CSPAN last summer, and I don't think I could get anything more wonderful for Christmas or any other Holiday than a copy of the event with all of those firey and incredibly inspiring speeches on a DVD. Yet, according to the Campaign for Liberty website, copyright negotiations with CSPAN are ongoing. Does anyone know if we will ever see an officially licensed release (or at least a hard-copy bootleg) of this timeless event?

I have a copy, and believe that it's ok to make copies of C-SPAN as long as it isn't edited. I'll need to check.
