McConnell's been declared the winner.

Though Grimes has more votes than him overall, so that can't bode well for him come November, really.

There are more registered Democrats than Republicans in Kentucky.
That's my point, though. I mean, without knowing Kentucky politics myself or being on the ground, doesn't this pretty much set her up to win? I could be completely wrong, but just going by the numbers.

The same could be said of Paul in 2010 or McConnell in '08. Those Democrats are much more conservative than average.
Kentucky Democrats aren't as enthusiastic about murdering unborn children, but they're no less statist than the national party.
I'd disagree there. They're against environmental regulation, a lot of them oppose Obamacare, and about 42% of them voted for "uncommitted" over Obama in the 2012 primaries.
Ok, the environmental regulations I agree, since Kentucky does mine a lot of coal. Obamacare, I think many are just against it because it has his name on it, but if you ask them about the "Affordable Care Act" they're all for it and they love Medicaid.
Yes.Is B. Barr the guy who ran for President in 2008 as a Libertarian and then supported Gingrich over Paul in 2012?.
Why are there a lot of people challenging Labrador, is he unpopular? IIRC he's a tea/liberty guy?
