Apple suspends Parler social network from its App Store

(Reuters) - Apple Inc has suspended Parler from the App Store, saying the social networking service had not taken adequate measures to prevent the spread of posts inciting violence.

Apple had given the service 24 hours to submit a detailed moderation plan, pointing to participants using the service to coordinate Wednesday's siege of the U.S. Capitol.

"We have suspended Parler from the App Store until they resolve these issues," the iPhone maker said in a statement.

I've told people for years not to use Google or Apple products. Not a lot of people listened, but hopefully they will now!

Do yourself some justice and attempt to use technologies and software not controlled by a centralized authority, but at very least, anything that promotes free speech, general freedom, and actual diversity.

Sadly, people now think it is a choice between Facebook or Freedom and they are fucking picking Facebook. I wish we could let them experience TRUE Tyranny for like 10 years and be able to roll back the clock just so they could wake the fuck up and say holy shit I had no idea how bad it really was, then pick Freedom instead. But there will be no rolling back the clock, or letting them learn from their mistakes. Its not just THEIR Freedom they are throwing the fuck away, its YOURS AND MINE.
