Trudy Muller, an Apple spokeswoman, said the company had removed the app “because it violated our developer guidelines.” Ms. Muller added: “Apps must comply with all local laws and may not put an individual or group in harm’s way.”

Ahh I didn't know they had an app..

I just downloaded the Truthseeker app, though, it has all the anti-war.com and AJ podcasts, alternative news feeds from infowars, etc, and also apparently posts the wikileaks cables.. hopefully that app doesn't get thrown out as well.

Doesn't the "Patriot app" do just that? If I turn you in using the patriot app chances are a bunch of boot thugs will show up at your house and there is a high chance that you'll die or at the very least be beat up.

2) Do the existing sold apps stop working?

3) Does the app "disappear" from your iphone? (like Amazon)

In cases 2 & 3, do you get a refund?

Also - is the only place you can buy apps for iphones from apple? Is there a bannedapps.com site?

Ya my employer provided me with a free iphone and plan at no cost, if it were my choice I would have gone with the droid.
