Anyone tthink this is credible (next week economical big event)

Apparently the stimulus bill has a new government agency involved ......

"One new bureaucracy, the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology, will monitor treatments to make sure your doctor is doing what the federal government deems appropriate and cost effective."

Going further...

"The stimulus bill will affect every part of health care, from medical and nursing education, to how patients are treated and how much hospitals get paid. The bill allocates more funding for this bureaucracy than for the Army, Navy, Marines, and Air Force combined (90-92, 174-177, 181)."

Of course, they are using FEAR (the potential of economic collapse) to rush this crappy bureaucracy through. They did the same thing with homeland security/patriot act.

This is truly horrific news, and should be prevented from ever becoming a reality. We need to get the word out asap!!

BTW.... This R guy clearly appears to have access to inside information. People should suspect that they would attempt to get something slipped in under the radar with legislation passed under duress, so that's not hard to predict. Perhaps he didn't know the details, just suspected something would be in there. But how did he know months ago the timing of this?

I'd be cautious, if he's an insider.

He also made plenty remarks regarding GE. yesterday it read: Don't forget to pay your electric bills and today:"if the power goes out she is hosed".

I kinda believe this guy. Will be tuned in again friday.

Drudge is linking to the same article, so the word is definitely out.

This dude is full of crap.
Post a bunch of random stuff, have a flock of sheep interpret it to mean whatever might have just happened, then take the credit for being right.
I could post 10 random pics that someone could interpret as prophecy too.... And he did say that 2/9 would be crash day and that the markets are 'timed' so he was wrong.
Also, whenever I visit his site it rattles the shit out of my hard drive, nothing shows on the firewall logs, but there is something on that site doing something.
I'd say avoid the jerk and start reading your own tea leaves.

yep, every ip blocker and firewall I have lights up like a Christmas tree when I hit his site. He got some funny shit going on there. I give him props for earlier predictions, but seriously, soothsayers are a dime a dozen, and they are everywhere you turn on the Internet. I hope none of you here buy into this and pay the guy 720 bucks for a bunch of pictures of a chick getting off. Seriously.

Accurate soothsayers are as rare as the goose that lays golden eggs. This guy has bee right on the money twice now.

But then, there is a saying: "Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, thrice is conspiracy".

His last prediction (last fall) was the first, this news coming out is the second. All we have to wait for now is the dollar crash.

Ironically, I had major insurance claims just before each of the last two predictions, so I went out and bought silver the first time (instead of fixing my central air, I got a cheaper window unit), so once I get my check this time, I may do the same.

I never heard of the guy until a couple days ago, so I don't know what to think. Many R followers are claiming that he DID NOT predict a crash yesterday.

He is clearly a suspicious dude, with all the cryptic messages, and the new $720 subscription. At any rate, months ago he apparently predicted something big for this week, and in my opinion, this new enormous bureaucracy is a big (nightmare scenario) event in my mind.

If you've monitored the harassment that alternative health care has received in the past decade, you'll understand why this new bureaucracy could easily be their demise. This is a shame, because many people have benefited tremendously from them.

RP has been fighting to protect these folks for years, and he's subsequently a hero in that community as well. He may be fighting a lost battle with the passage of this bill.

So, I don't know that the story here is about R as much as it is about this terrible stimulus bill. R's timing though is interesting!

The best predictors make only vague prognostications. That way they can claim the slightest event as a fulfulment of their prophesy. Lindsay Williams got too specific on his predictions which made it easier to prove he was wrong "McCain is their man. They will make certain he gets elected. When oil drops to $50, the Arab countries will be bankrupt in three weeks. You can count on it." Both were wrong.

Nostradamus- one of the most noted- used extremely vague phrases and people intrepreted them the way they wanted to- saying he fortold Hitler and even 9/11.

Through lightning in the arch gold and silver melted,
Of two captives one will eat the other:
The greatest one of the city stretched out,
When submerged the fleet will swim.

"There will be an event on or about April 4, 2009" This is my prediction. Nothing notable has happend yet this week. A notable event on the stimulus package is not what has been proposed so far but what is in the final bill after the House and Senate reconsiliation committees get together and agree on one bill which is then sent back to the respective halves of Congress and then voted on and later (if passed) signed by the president. Then it can be called an "event". Or if the bill gets stopped somewhere along the way- that would be a good event. Stocks are down today but they have been up and down for months now. Nothing special there. They are not significantly lower than they have been. Non events.

Well, each person deserves to be judged on his own merits. Do you know anyone else who said the first sector of the economy will start collapsing on March 15, 2008 (Bear Stearns)? And at that, made that call October 2007? Or in July 2007 said that the market would tank on Sept 15th? Which turned out to be the day the DOW plunged, losing over 500 pts? I agree if they were vague "in the spring the banks will suffer" or "in the fall the markets will start plunging" I wouldn't pay a lot of attention because that isn't saying more than anyone else. But the dates?

From what I'm understanding he said (months ago) things would happen on Feb 9th that would set off something big happening on the 13th. Not something minor, but really big. So he may be wrong but we don't know yet.

How do you explain the calling of actual dates? Just lucky? I'm not claiming he's right but it's too soon to say he's wrong. And his info is really fascinating, a lot of fun to read up on. So at worst we've had some fun following this guy who may be some kind of insider, a madman or the real deal. We just don't know.

You should use a real operating system, and not a amateur one.

If he keeps this up he will be taken away in

a black Tahoe and end up working in the defense department or have the choice to live in Guantanamo with three squares a day and a Koran.

So if I had predicted that a large event involving airplanes was going to happen on September 11, 2001 back in March of 2001, it wouldn't mean anything? He was quite specific, and the event has proven large enough to prove some sort of foresight. It doesn't really matter whether he is just going off of the meeting schedule of some secret society, or using his third eye, or throwing darts at a calendar. The fact is that he has been right. It has been months since there was any really big time movement in the market, and it just so happens that there is a market crash the day after he predicts a major event? And this has happened twice?

Honestly, you can color me convinced. I had pointed out during the last happening that he predicted that he had about a 1 in 10 chance of randomly guessing when the crash would occur. This time, it was much more difficult, because it depended solely on the machinations of politicians rather than the breaking point of market forces. I would put it at about a 1 in 25 chance of getting it right (assuming that the news would always come out on a Monday or a Friday, and the fact that it has been three and a half months since the last major move, when he made the prediction, Congress could have had a bill out anytime between one and seven months in the future). The odds of one guy getting both right seem pretty slim.

So at worst we've had some fun following this guy who may be some kind of insider, a madman or the real deal. We just don't know.

If he's the real deal, and somehow broke the code for manipulating the market, or hacked into some world bank computer and downloaded their agenda, or has an insider friend feeding him secret information, then why wouldn't the establishment have stopped him from releasing that information by now? How hard could that be?

Frankly if he knew months ago that they were going to slip an enormous health care bureaucracy into a stimulus bill, then I wish he would have disclosed that information when he found out. That might have actually stopped it from happening.

He's clearly playing games with people and he clearly wants to profit from it. And if he does have foreknowledge of these events, then I would presume he's manipulating the public or being used by others to do so.

I love how everyone got excited Saturday and Sunday that something major was going to happen Monday. Monday came around, not much happened, and everyone's excitement deflated. Then today comes around, and this mysterious person is vindicated once more, and we're all excited again! I knew this would happen when I got wind of this as I was reading it late last night. Some people are so fickle.

BTW, I thought Tim Wood & co.'s technical analysis for this week was amazing. Hear it here [Right-click, choose "Save Target As..."]. They give reasons why the market would have the 98% probability of falling again.
