Anyone know how to get in touch with someone from ronpaulswag.com?

Sorry if this isn't the proper section to post this in. A few weeks back, I ordered two shirts from this site and have yet to receive them. I haven't web gotten the confirmation email saying they were shipped. I sent them a message through the website about a week ago and I emailed them a few days ago and still haven't gotten a response. I was wondering if anyone else had the same experience. I'm mainly concerned because they are associated withthe superpac and I hope that they aren't leaving a bad taste in people's mouths.

I ordered $220.00 worth of stuff on Aug. 23, 2011 (order #1000013665‏) that I have not received. I have contacted ron paul swag via email four times about this with no response from them.

WTF ron paul swag?

I had problems as well, but that was largely due to UPS leaving my package in the lobby of my apartment over the weekend and someone took it. I sent emails back and forth for a while, but it took a long time to finally get my order resent...like over a month and half.

It's a shame, because they do have some cool stuff on there.

Mine took a while as well. After two weeks I e-mailed them using the e-mail provided in the order confirmation e-mail and it was shipped out that day. There may be some issue with them receiving order confirmations on their side. E-mail admin AT ronpaulswag.com and include your name/order number.

Just wanted to provide an update in case anyone else is still having issues with their stuff. After not being able to get in contact with Trey or anyone else from ronpaulswag, I emailed RevPac, since their site links up with the ronpaulswag site. Within hours, I received a response from Gary Franchi himself, and my items arrived almost immediately.

Update Oct. 25th, 2011...

Received an email on Oct. 11, 2011 from Benito with RPS customer support he said the item would ship on or around Oct. 17th 2011. I have replied with an email asking for an update as nothing has been received.

Still waiting.

If you got the confirmation email with the shipping information in it, then it's probably been shipped. One of my things came Fedex (which cam almost immediately) and the other came via USPS (which took significantly longer, even though there are certain things like postal delivery that the private sector just simply can't do).

I did NOT receive an email with a shipping or tracking number.

I received an email no shipping info, just a "promise."

My real concern is I have been told the item is out of stock. Yet according to the RPS website the item is in-stock and has been for many weeks. While there has been moments the item has been listed as out-of-stock the item has gone in and out of stock 3 times in the last 62 days. And in that time I have sent 5 emials and only got one response after posting my experience on RPF.

At this point I believe someone from RPSWag needs to contact me with specific info on the order. Just my opinion.

For the record I received my order from August 23, 2011 from RPSwag today November 8th. Nice items.
