Has anyone taken, or known anyone who has taken, online Ludwig Von Mises Institute courses? Would love any comments. Looks like a 6 week course costs $59?

Thanks.

one more bump. Was thinking that maybe a few here had taken some of the courses. Was hoping for some reviews & feedback.

I've really been wanting to, but 60 bucks is kinda expensive for me as I just graduated from college, haha. I hope someone here has done it, as I am interested as well.

More affordable than kicking down 3 grand for a couple of classes at my local state college.

Yeah I would liek to know how they are myself, perhaps asking on facebook on their site might help. But just reading Rothbard's books for me is a huge learning experience. Along with The Law by Bastiat, I learned from that essay more than pretty much my whole undergrad in political science.

I have taken multiple courses (Thomas woods teaching american origins & great depression. Robert Murphy teaching theory of money and credit, principals of economic, and praxeology through price theory.) Overall i believe they are great. You can download everything and you get to have Q&A sessions with them. Plus many of mises work gets tough to go through, and Murphy is really helpful on that. Woods teaching is fun and educational.

Took "FDR and the New Deal" with Woods. Lots of great info and the format is good and interactive (except I'm at work when the live stuff happens). Well worth the money, though we (those taking the courses) should work on getting them accepted at more colleges and schools for credit.

Thats the name of it lol. I just said great depression

I took one on nullification. I forget the name. It was with Dilorenzo and it was fantastic. I just joined Tom Woods' Liberty Classroom. I can't believe how cheap it is compared to the Mises courses which are usually over $100 per course (well worth the money, btw).

There is one in November for high school kids on What has Government Done to Our Money. I am gonna take it, it is only 20 bucks.

Edit; No I am not in high school.

Thanks for the heads up. I want to sign my kid up for it.
