Anyone else here a left-leaning libertarian?

Ok. The human body is made up of cells, cells contain mitochondria - mitochondria take glucose and convert it into adinosine tri phospate - atp is basic currency of energy for the cell. a human requires ATP to live, it's a thermodynamic equation. a human also requires h2o and various vitamins and minerals. it's basic cellular biology and a course at a universe would really clear it up for you.

A human that is loosing blood rapidly will die if he does not get a transfusion. this is a function of oxygen supplied to the brain and other body organs through hemoglobin found in red blood cells.

Uh yeah I get all that. Your completely missing the point. We aren't arguing whether or not sex is a physical necessity for human life. I'm simply pointing out that your theory of rights would justify rape if "science" decided it was a necessity.

Just as much as murder, for food.

not really the same. murdering doesn't directly lead to you getting food unless you are going to eat your victim. Rape would however lead directly to the satisfaction of your need.

but you do justify murder for food don't you? i have food, you don't. You want it. I say no. You try to take it. I fight you. You kill me. You take food. This is legitimate according to your theory of rights.

In anarchy, as opposed to government, you can.

I already explained this.

If a government agent comes to take something of yours to give to someone else because it is a "basic necessity" and you resist they will kill you. The government is your armed-gang-in-anarchy. They are the same thing.

To protect your civil liberties you must sacrifice economic liberties. Read my previous posts.

They are the same. I read all of your posts. You advocate barbarism whether you know it or not.

There is nothing inherent about one part of the universe owning another. Ownership, excluding yourself, is a function of the mind - and the respect for this ownership, the balance of freedom between individuals.

Huh? Was that supposed to be profound? Of course ownership is a function of the mind. It's a concept. The whole point of ownership and property is to avoid conflict over scarce resources. The problem with your ethic is that instead of seeking to avoid conflict it promotes it. It is self-defeating.
