Anybody else see this? (regarding military donations)

This is the dumbest logic I have ever seen in my life. According to OpenSecrets, Santorum has $750, Gingrich $4900 and Romney $13300. So according to the author's logic, this means Santorum has 750/1468364=.05%, Gingrich .33% and Romney .9% of military support.

With these numbers, their total military support is 1.28% and Ron Paul's claim that his military support is greater than all the other GOPs combined is correct. 4.4% > 1.28%

This author is a joke and needs to learn how to math.

What kind of bull is this? If we'd look at the other candidates you'd even see a more pathetic amount of support from the military then.

So much fail my head hurts.

He equates the remaining percentage that didn't send monetary support as a means to suggest they don't support him. Yet doesn't apply the same 'logic' to the other candidates. Or insinuates that they do support the other candidates but they don't report themselves as military or have their spouses send the money.

His logic train didn't just derail, it never left the station.

You see, if 500 people out of 1,000 claim to support Ron Paul, since 500/1000 equals 0.5, well that's a lot less 1 so in reality you have zero people actually supporting Ron Paul. Math doesn't lie.

Have seen some Paul haters claiming to do an audit and that they are finding 90% of military donors to bee frauds.
Don´t think it´s true considering the work required but they will probably find some fake and try to spin it.

So this person is using "basic logic" to suggest that no military member who does not donate to Paul, even if they don't donate to anyone else either, therefore supports one of the other people they didn't donate instead of supporting Paul?

Riiiight.

LOl. only 20-25 million people vote in the general elections.that means obama must have won with 7.or 8% popular votes

I've seen that "4.4% at best..." crap for a while now. There's a couple people who spam the Fox Nation and Fox News comments with that "statistic."
