Is the campaign going to tell us how the $ is to be spent?


Speaking for myself here, I would give up to my max and my wife's max (all at one time) if I knew that there is an an immediate plan that will be put into effect.

A MASSIVE television campaign would be a great idea.

Socialist Hillary wins Dem side, Neocon Mccain wins GOP side.

Well everyone that was going to vote Obama obviously picked him because of his Anti War stance.
Plus we will pick up indies and some pissed off repubs.

Let's be real here,

If Obama wins the Dems then the Repubs are screwed hard. The novelty of the first Black President and his good natured charm will make him irresistible to the idiotic majority. In contrast any one of the Republican "front runners" will appear as angry old white guys.

Ron Paul is probably the only guy who can even combat Obama because his stance and consistency are without reproach. Yet so far less than 10% of voters can be reasonably expected to support Dr. Paul to the bitter end.

Unless the National Campaign has a no-kidding plan that shows some promise of working (not a guarantee of course) then I just can't see sending more $. I'd rather start thinking of taking over some local government seat or maybe something in the state legislature.

Perhaps this is the libertarian in me, but I would have preferred to see our campaign almost entirely decentralized. By this I mean that WE the supporters run all the newspaper, radio, and TV ads and raise our own money. Obviously I would support also giving money to the campaign PCC so that they can afford to travel and whatnot. However, I firmly believe that if the grassroots were given the OK by the campaign to raise our cash and make our ads, we could go miles beyond anything we expected.

I'm a big decentralization guy. I apply the philosophy to many aspects of my life =)

Not really. I don't think the MSM is fair with Ron Paul. What if in next few weeks, his name starting to picking up and more people want to vote for him but if it is close but too late and lost. Will he considered to be in third party? I think he may have a good chance to win on third party if Dems and Reps already decided. In other words, if Obama lost, his supporters may switch to Ron Paul. Also if Huckabee and or McCain lost, their supporters may join him as well if they don't want to vote for Romney. Just an example.
