Any explanation for CD4 Broughton?

If you check the unofficial results against the 'official ones', they changed Broughton's number of votes received in Bossier City from 139 to 339 so that he would jump into the selected delegate category. Would like to see an explanation/documentation for this change. Btw, Broughton was PLPF ticket. Anyone heard anything on this?

My guess: someone just typed it in wrong originally, since it's only one digit. I seriously doubt foul play was involved.

With that said, still worth looking into. Just don't charge anyone yet (you didn't, but just in case people start picking up the pitchforks)

Hmm...hadn't noticed those ones, thanks for pointing them out. I dunno what's going on there....maybe their calculator broke? Or they just have an aweful lot of typos in the results.
