Anti-liberty socialist Ralph Nader attacks Rand

Well, that just shows the Ralph Nader supporters around here aren't trying hard enough.
Maybe some sign-waves? :D
You seem determined to paint those who agree with Mr. Nader's article as supporters of his. I'm sure that must be some sort of political tactic designed to shame those who liked the article. Pretty lame.

They have surrogates they use to sucker in the weak-minded ...why do you think it appears that Beck, Levin, and Palin are "coming around" every once in awhile? And people here fall for it every time.

Coming around? The country is on the precipice of a disastrous fall in which the aformentioned will be swallowed up. Do you think Mark Levin, Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin are invulnerable to what's coming?

I wish all liberals were more like Mr. Nader.

Do you think they care? If they did, they wouldn't advocate military and financial support for Israel at every turn.

I'm so glad I'm not a Libertarian and I really have no problem with Rand's position on the military: only congressionally declared wars, no nation building abroad, ending foreign aid (which just an excuse to fund foreign military assets). Sounds to me.
So you have no problem with Rand's support of bloating further this military budget?

I'm not a libertarian either (more of a radical centrist I guess), but you don't see something wrong with increasing spending in the place that's easiest to cut from?

Yes, they do since their ass goes into the fire as well. This isn't some amusing game. The regime has already killed a few journalists to date. The only people who will be safe will be high-level globalists with access to top grade facilities and 20 or so mercs on the payroll. Secondly, just cause one espouses support for Israel doesn't mean they are part of a malevolent plan. It's not that simple.

I'm pretty sure that all of Rand's budget proposals and positions would have a net decrease in military funding.

Why would you think that cajun?I don't want to shame you or anybody and I don't care who anybody here supports. If you are a Naderite ,why should you feel shamed?Hell,I liked the article myself,I found it hilarious,I +repped the OP.

I promise you that any time you post a Ralph Nader article in the future,I will plus rep you too.

Didn't you hear him, he is not a libertarian so all the empire, military waste is no concern to him. Remember, its all about the labels.

This article would be justifiable in the 3rd year of Rand's first term. I like Nader but he's discussing hypotheticals at this point.

If my ass and your ass and their asses go into the fire, who will be spared? If the answer is NO ONE, then why do so many establishment hacks continue to act stupidly? Beck, Levin, and Palin aren't playing for the day we go into the fire; they're playing to make as much $$ as they can before that happens...while knowingly or unknowingly accelerating the problem.

He brought up a few valid concerns, but I didn't like the way he used it to paint Rand as an establishment approved sellout.

Sure Rand makes more compromises than we'd prefer, and it's certainly possible he's just not as libertarian as we'd like (really, I think most of us would prefer he be honest and not as pure than to be pure and compromise), but all indications that I see is that he's a thorn in the establishment's side, they just haven't figured out how to put out the fire yet.
