An Open Letter to Iowa Skeptics

the article has RP winning Iowa but losing in subsequent states. I thought RP to be a better chance in NH than in Iowa... was that a wrong assessment?

Yep, if we turn out the vote at 50% and Huckabee turns out the vote at 6.4%, we win.

The problem is, based on the Iowa Straw poll, Huckabee's supporters are also passionate.

Basically this is an article that too the conclusion we wanted to see, then plugged in voter turnout rates so we will get the results we want.

I would love to see Huckabee supporters vote at a 6.4% clip, but find this highly unlikely.

I can see this happening to Romney though.

And am I the only one that gets angry thinking Ron Paul supporters are only going to turnout at 50%? We are smarter then that, right?

Ron Paul supporters are like a rabid pit bull with aids...

I predict 85% to 90% of Ron Paul supporters will trudge through hail, ice, snow or blizzard to vote the Caucus!

(Although I really don't know if there is any true way to validate those percentages)

She assumes 50% of Ron Paul will turnout in every state, so it's probably slightly inaccurate, because our turnout will probably increase along with the other candidates, so in NH we might get 75% turnout compared to ~40%, which is good enough for a solid third or second, I think. The problem is that we might lose the turnout battle if the media spins Paul's positions on the issues.
