First I'd heard of the proposal to mark bullets
Sorry it is boring to others who have time to peruse the web, scan newspapers, and catch news on TV and radio. As a first-time handgun owner, I find the proposal fascinating and flawed.
Maybe "hearts" need to open, rather than to spend energy on technology to trace every act of every American. Living in the USA gets scarier by the day, in my experience.
Whatever, I speak up to policy makers until I'm blue in the face. Who else is protesting?
