Well, that's slightly contradictory, but I get what you mean. I think, however, Black did the same thing. I think he was not saying we need an even more complicated set of rules of the game, but that the regulators are in bed with the players and not doing their jobs.

But I can't review to see if I'm right about that. Maybe I misheard him instead.

Very good! Been enjoying pbs lately.

He kind of misses a distinction on regulation though. We need to regulate how banks interact with government, not regulate the economy.
 
William Black was on the Alex Jones show. I have a feeling he's not telling all that he knows.
