Am I the only one nervous about...

Yeah, I woke up and saw that the sales are at 7,113. I was hoping they'd sell out in the first weekend, but no dice. Then again, I'm a pessimist by nature, so I'm working against myself. :)

I'll be there! I have to take off every last day of my allotted vacation for the year, but I really think this will be worth it.

Honestly, the only reason I'm going is because I was named a CFL District Leader.

I was not planning to go to the rally itself, but now that there are two other days, it's worth it.

At worse, we'll get at least 10,000 there. The place will be absolutely electric like all the past big events. Not to worry.

i'm concerned

yeah man, i am big time concerned about this. i wonder if people realize that you have to buy tickets to the event?

I am not worried. There was a rally in Branson MO that was only advertised for about a week and half and the venue was totally packed. I was shocked to walk into the place and it was wall to wall jammed with liberty lovin folk! :)

I'm sure there are people like me who will wait until the day of the event to buy a ticket at the Target Center box office.

I just don't want to pay the rip off artists at Ticketmaster their 88% commission on a ticket!

This.

There are probably also a lot of people who won't know if they're going to be there until they get there. Me, for example. If I get to go at all, I won't know until almost the very last minute.

Last minute people should have to buy from scalpers because the event is sold out. As much as I want everyone to have a chance to come, I'd rather the event was sold out and there was still demand left over.

Is there a hour by hour schedule for the event anywhere? I wont be able to get there until 3pm :(

Yea that is exactly what this r3volution was about, what bands are playing.

Of course the bands headlining don't matter to people already on board with CFL but to attract peoples' attention who haven't heard of Paul or CFL a good headlining band with some name recognition would really pull people in off the streets.

I heard a rumor that the Foo Fighters were thinking about it. And god I hope that's true. If that's the case we might need a bigger venue.

I'd go if it were only an hour of Congressman Paul ringing a replica of the Liberty Bell.

(That may be satire....I'm not sure yet).

I think that people are working on getting their travel and lodging together, and then they are going to buy their tickets to the rally.

By the way, we are working with the CFL, and hopefully, we will be able to include th ticket to the Rally in the cost of the Ronvoy routes this time, or at least sell them from OUR site for the $17.76 instead of for $32, 1/2 of which goes to Ticketmaster.

For those who don't know yet, the website http://ronvoytotherally.eventbrite.com is up and running, and we are selling the Ronvoy seats now! And, group CABIN camping will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

Please join us at the Rally for the Republic Official Travel meetup at http://ronpaul.meetup.com/1881.

Thanks!
