Nonsense, people are freer and harder to control when they don't have children, this is why people are having less children, unless they knew there was a monetary value (such as labor). People with children are far less free, far more burdened, stressed and spread thin on their resources. If you want to control people, you make them have children, if you want chaos, you make even more. This is why third world countries without any concept of abortion and birth control are both chaotic and poor. This is why first world countries with the best military forces are also the ones with negative population growth. If you think having children will make you more free, have a bunch, adopt a few. If you think having children will help you achieve freedom, I can't think of why, other than going back to using them as labor. So tell me what I'm missing.
