They have been controlling reproduction through vaccines for a long time.

Allegedly we hit the 7 billion mark in October. I say allegedly because it would be near to impossible to know exactly. Nevertheless, there are real psychopaths running the show. If you are too naive to see that, I do not know what to tell you. But do not take my word for it, do the research yourself.

Complex issue, but the simple answer lies in empowering women.

When women are in control of their lives they don't always chose to have large numbers of children especially if no one is helping them provide for them.

In the USA the problem is the State enabling and entrapping women to have multiple children out of wedlock, which is not conducive to raising successful children.

In other parts of the world women are still treated as slaves and have no power to control being raped at will by whomever.

Still in others women have no access to medical care so they can't help but to get pregnant even if they and their partners don't really want to.

But the long term solution is to remove incentives for women to have children they can't pay for and empower women in places where they have no or little control.

That and to get off the planet and spread the human race to other worlds.

The goal of a self-limited, enlightened world population is a good goal, but the ends don't justify the means.
