This post right here screams that you aren't a serious poster on these forums.

Trump is very likely going to the the next president of the United States and you are still trolling nonsense like this.

Please tell us more about how he has hit his ceiling and will be dropping out to hand the election over to Hillary.

How about we bet on whose going to be president. Trump wins and I give you $1000 and if Hillary wins you give me $100? With the "very likely" view of Trump winning, you cannot pass up this offer.

How can one take a candidate seriously when he says things like he's going to deport 2 million within 1 hour of taking office?

He may as well start wearing a boot on his head.

I'm just "telling it like it is." How is he going to win the general election when NC and MO are swing states?

Rednecks are more determined than inner city sponges, and no black folk are running this time. The fact that Hilldicus is an evil white bitch associated with three strikes and the Don is a playa won't help her either.
You keep up the good work, though. ;)

I think Trump's biggest mistake is trying to soften his stance while telling himself that he is hardening his stance. This is a recipe for disaster because it confuses your supporter and wouldn't convince the people already turned off by your immigration policy. Had I been one of his advisers, I would have told him to hold his ground on immigration but instead try to appeal to minorities with other policies they would like. Things like better schools, for their children, better policing, cheaper and affordable healthcare, less wars etc etc.

And you might say that he already stands for all those things, but I would tell him to put more emphasis on those policies during his speeches instead of talking about his successes or how some bigwig thinks he is an awesome fella. With the way he won the primaries, he cannot pivot to the center and get away with it and it is a big mistake for him to even attempt doing it.

Then again, I have always said that Trump is not trying and does not want to win the election. He is only in it to damage the republican party and he has been tremendously successful with this task.

If you weren't a Correct The Record employee, then you would consider the very obvious possibility that he simply misspoke.

I will bet you, but not that amount. I just am not into gambling but I will put my money where my mouth is.

No odds needed. How about $10 straight up? My money is on Trump.

I will take it, maybe loser donates the money to RPF?

By getting more votes in the election. It really isn't that hard to understand.

Will you stop your spam posts once the election is over?

I'll consider putting down 100 for 1000.

Are you actually able to afford to pay that amount if you lose?

Yes and at a minimum I would pay $200/ month until I pay off my debt. Small except to the bet would be Trump winning by default because Clinton suffers a serious public medical injury or dies before there is enough time to replace her.

As long as both are standing the night of the election, I will pay out if I lose.

This is the longer way of saying Trump is "not a serious candidate," and hence of being just as ridiculous. Meanwhile, Trump has pulled even or pulled ahead of Hillary in the polls (Reuters, LA Times, Rasmussen), despite the entire MSM savaging him, and Hillary deeply outspending him advertising-wise the entire summer. As predicted, the general polls tightened up as soon as the sampling switched more to "likely voters" vs just registered to vote, and the battleground states should soon repeat the same pattern.

As for the final revealing of Trump's fine-tuning of his immigration stance, it turns out that not only the basics hadn't changed, but that he was playing the media all along about a "softening" flip over the substance. This tactic, far from confusing supporters of the plan, has roused and energized them since the reveal yesterday, as these sample comments on Breitbart demonstrate:

Bannon and Conway got the entire media to hype this speech up for a week and got millions to watch it by giving the slight impression that Trump might backtrack. Got huge attention, then crushed them. Genius.

This is the greatest baiting game played in recent memory. They were expecting backtracking, they only got acceleration. Bannon Brannon and Conway wanted that. Our media along with the Mexican President are now in styling their empty suits. Trump has had a day that most running never have.

The stuff with the polls is just the ebb and flow that you always see with polling. He is not going to catch up with Hillary or beat her in this lifetime. Its sorta like the nascar of politics, Trump might come close but he would never pass her. She also has too many Trump generated material to attack him with. Add to that the fact that Trump is not trying to win, I predict that he would do or say something really stupid during the debate if his polling starts to close in on Clinton. And he would do this because he is a Clinton agent.

Also, about his rhetoric on immigration. The problem is that he can never fire up his supporters anymore than he has fired them up during the primaries. The problem with playing the media with his immigration policies is that he risks playing some of his supporters who have already been fired up. What I am trying to say is that he gains nothing by playing this game (if that is actually what he is doing)

Those statements just verify that people only see what they want to see. And further, that they'll make up any excuse in their heads to confirm what they hope to see. Trump's whole campaign is a lesson in cognitive dissonance.

Yes, exactly. For example, in 2004 George W. Bush got 286 votes from the electoral college compared to John Kerry who got 251.

Get more votes and win. Not that hard to understand. If a dipshit like Bush can do it, Trump certainly can.

This is about mobilizing the monster vote. Trump is going for it all. There have been millions of disgruntled citizens that have beaten down in apathy by the Clinton represented blue team and Bush represented red team.
