Ok, here's Maddow, just a few days ago, making a wholly inappropriate comment which I'll explain to the more wholesome minded once you've gotten the kids away.

Basically, Maddow, a lesbian, is implying that she has a portable vibrator inside while on the job, and/or is so excited that this is what it feels like. This is apparently a very clear "inside" joke to the lesbian community. Keith gets it and warns her that she should tone it down a bit.
