Adam Kokesh vs Russia Today's Dina Gusovsky and author Kevin Powell, on gun control

I love it when the leftists use statistics to show that "America n guns r bad mkay"

Yeah, America has a lot of firearms deaths, that is a given.

But then look at other nations which have strict firearm laws yet very high firearm deaths. Brazil comes to mind or Mexico.

Then look at nations with high gun ownership and low firearm related murders, such as Switzerland.

Once again, correlation=/=causation.

What does Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala, and the United States have in common. #1: High gun homicide rate. #2: High drug related crimes. Notice that these nations are all heavily involved in the drug market with the United States and Brazil being the primary markets. I think that's pretty damning in itself. If you eliminated this horrible drug war, I imagine that the gun homicide rate would drop a few whole points in a matter of months.

But, hey, what do I know? Guns are evil!

it's islamofascism! Guns are bad if not used in a patriotic manner! We need conservative sounding gun laws!

Looking into this Powell guy is pretty amazing. He is a Soros stooge.

As I wrote in 2006, Powell has a long history of directing physical violence at innocent people - yet big-name left-wingers like Gloria Steinem, Dave Chappelle and George Soros are going ga ga over him.

When I interviewed Powell last week, he gave the same response as last time: that he's really, really sorry for his thuggery and has put it behind him with the help of therapy and an analysis of the social roots of violent behavior.

He says this eloquently and with conviction. I don't buy it.

While Powell attempts to make his violence sound like a long-ago nightmare, the truth is that he has repeatedly hit, beaten and (yes) bitten people - mostly people smaller and weaker than him - in incidents documented over a 17-year period.

Kevin Powell and Sarah Palin have another thing in common. They both love to stand up and blatantly lie to people in the belief that they are too stupid to find out the truth for themselves

RT has definitely screwed up with this interview

And in 2004, according to an item in the New York Post, Powell "sucker-punched" a writer named Bart Graham in the course of an argument. "After security pulled me off, he crawled over and bit me in the shin," Graham told the Post.

Good find RPH. Seems like it might be wise to be armed around good ole, we've got to find solutions to the gun violence shill, Kevin Powell.

So wait, this man who has a serious issue with being randomly violent to others..is trying to tell me..an individual whom has never gotten into a physical fight since the 5th grade..that I am violent and immoral because I support the rights of a man to own a firearm for self-defense?

Right. Kevin Powell is a "do as I say, not as I do" type of guy. And he gets interviews as if he is credible!

Sorry, my first reaction was that Kokesh started off on the wrong foot by turning on the anchor woman and the topic at hand without talking about solutions. He finished off well and yeah I didn't like it when his audio got cut but he did have ample time to speak during this 15 minute dialogue (!).

She is so not hot now to me:( Same thing with Alyona. I don't understand how these women can nail it every time on most liberty issues and then when it comes to gun control they turn into Million Mom March.

She is Russian and in Russia it is extremely difficult to get a gun
