I think today's article on the Activist Post raises very legitimate concerns:
http://www.activistpost.com/2012/01/theres-something-very-odd-about-gop.html
With both Santorum in Iowa and Gingrich in South Carolina we saw very little attendance at their campaign events in the days leading up to the vote. All of a sudden people became energized enough to come out and vote in droves for them?
Aside from a conspiracy, the only reasonable explanation is that casual voters are fickle enough to choose the candidate the mainstream media asks them to.
