Not that I know of. They both seem to have been used. #NoBolton is shorter, which is important with Twitter.

Insulting or pissing off Trump on twitter after January 20 is at your own peril. If you cross him, he can legally hold you in a black site with no constitutional rights. This isn't a joke anymore.
