Action needed in Michigan- NOW!!

The meeting I attended, we noticed it's basically a network of a small group of people, and it's mostly older people, that appeared senile for the most part. Should be pretty easy for us to take things over in due time.

They were warned however, one guy saying "They were told to expect some RP supporters to be showing up". We blended in, made some small talk with the others, and never let on to our true intentions of obtaining delegates.

We, meaning all of the RP supporters, should show up and attend all Republican meetings and events, and rub elbows, make friends, and begin to take positions of power and then each of us as 'ONE' can change this party from the ground up.

Believe me, I'm a shy person, yet I felt at ease there and feel like I'm on a mission for the greater good, and my freedom, if I can do it anyone can do it. It's mostly old people anyways, that don't even know what the hell is going on anyways!

Attention all Michigan Ron Paul supporters:

NOW IS THE TIME TO WIN MICHIGAN.

Romney has just dropped out, which means THE DELEGATES WILL BE UN-BOUND. The Michigan delegates at the national convention may all vote for Paul--if we get the right people to the national convention.

Tonight is the county convention for your county. EVERY RON PAUL SUPPORTER MUST ATTEND. They will be ill-attended as the prevailing false belief is that McCain has won the nomination. And most Republicans don't even like McCain.
Precinct delegates probably won't even show up.

IF you go to the county convention, and if you are a Republican, you CAN be elected by the company present to fill vacancies to the state convention and THERE WILL BE VACANCIES.

Many county conventions are listed at http://www.migop.org/upcoming_events.asp if you aren't sure where your's is. Just about all of them take place at 7:30 pm, but call your county GOP and double-check: http://migop.org/directory/default.asp

Wear a coat and tie, sit quietly while the GOP officials and precinct delegates vote who to send to the state convention (write down who they are), and if there are any open seats, rise and ask that you be elected to represent your county at the state convention. The state convention is Saturday night and Sunday morning in Lansing.

This is very short notice. NOW is the time to act. Log in on the Precinct Leader program at https://voters.ronpaul2008.com and call every Ron Paul Precinct Leader in your county. Rush them to action. Get all of them to the convention. Get every Ron Paul supporter to your county convention. If you support Ron Paul, there is nothing more important than this. Clear your schedule. Postpone the meeting. This is the critical hour.

Thanks for posting this. I went. I will be going to the state convention. It was VERY confusing, but it worked. I didn't know what I was doing, but as usual I learn as I run. Why isn't this information being pushed out to everyone way ahead of time for every state? This is the only way RP is going to win.

Thank you so much for the validation!!! I was rebuked by another member for posting this in a public forum, but if this event had been COORDINATED by the people who are supposed to COORDINATE this stuff ahead of time, I would not have had to. I recieved the email 3 hours before showtime (some did not get it till hours later), and therefore could not drop everything and go do it. I took it on myself to spread the word, since the people whose job it was apparently sucked at it.
