Ron Paul's past I will defend, but I won't defend Albert Howard's. We have no idea who this guy even is and what he does in his spare time. At least we know Ron Paul is a respectable man whose been with the same woman for 50 years. I am not saying that this man isn't respectable. However, Albert Howard, we don't know you.

I have no idea what Ron Paul's position is on this issue. You, like me and many others want justice. Albert Howard can provide this for us, without dragging the official campaign through the mud, and making Ron Paul look like a sore loser. We have to remember....vote fraud, just like the Federal Reserve banking system, is something that most people cannot fathom. That said, it will be very beneficial for this man to request the recount. He is a hero, and should be honored for sticking his life on the line to do this, in my opinion. We need to take a step back and think this through. If there is vote fraud, like we all think there is, perhaps this will really wake up the people. My thanks to Albert Howard and to Granny Warriors and countless others.

We need to know a lot more stuff than just counting the ballots. Where have these ballots been for 2 days? Where are these blank ballots that Bev Harris has talked about?

If a recount isn't the way to go, then Ron Paul still needs to release a statement saying we need to reevaluate our elections. Chain of custody needs to be established for all machines and ballots.

You can't just pretend everything is okay now because a recount isn't the way to go. It isnt the way to go because of how corrupt this whole situation is. You can't possibly think the votes are going to be fair in SC, MI, NV, and every other caucus coming up. That is insanity.

I took a 2 month break from RP after the Iowa straw poll fraud. He did nothing then, so I shut down my RP blog and gave up on this so called RP movement. I think it's time for me to do this again.

I suspect he may lose a lot of his military veteran support over this issue. I'm a fellow USAF veteran and if he does not call for a recount I will lose a great deal of enthusiasm for his campaign although I will still vote for him. I truly believe this is worth fighting over. I am not suggesting the campaign drop everything else but a recount should be demanded.

I am a retired USAF veteran (22 years) and I call for a recount. When watching the returns I found it very odd that the percentages barely changed from start to finish; it was as though the percentages were pre-selected before the counting began and maintained throughout the counting process. My wife commented on this as well. We need a recount to determine whether or not the election was rigged. I understand that the campaign will have to pay for a recount but the publicity from a recount should offset that cost. What do we have to lose? We are already labeled as kooks, flakes, etc.

Yes, exactly, I noticed the same thing. I was watching Guiliani and Paul, expecting to see Ron Paul pull ahead of him at some point. Instead, for about 2 1/2 hours, Guiliani was always about 200 points ahead of Paul, give or take 10percent, no matter that the vote count was coming in and rising for both candidates. Sorry, with an election that close, that's not going to happen, in my opinion. That was the 200 point 'magic bullet.' Finally, Guiliani's lead jumped to around 1000 points, give or take, and stayed there until the end.
