"Thanks to all the supporters in MO who caucused and across the country who helped with Phone from Home. The dust is still settling, but indictions are that we beat the estbalishments and took a big chunk of delehates in MO."
Wait...arrests and all? WTF?! I go away from the forums for three days and Ron Paul gets arrested?!![]()
It's amazing the lengths the GOP will go to in stopping a man that's 'unelectable'.

GREAT TWEET!!!!!
tweet of the day?
RUN THIRD PARTY NOW!
Dr. Paul should announce a press conference in the evening on Monday (tomorrow) and leak to all the media that he is dropping out of the GOP race. This will guarantee a lot of exposure and media time.
When he begins speaking, he can go on about how the whole process has been corrupt and that they (GOP) have cheated the American people and are not working in their best interest. From there, he should then officially say, "I am dropping out of the race for the GOP nomination for these reasons, as well as, because more and more people are leaving both political parties. I do not want to be associated with a party that behaves in such a manner. Therefore, I am running as a third party candidate with the ________ Party. Thank you."
I don't get it. He can't get on the ballots in many states. Why, then, do you continue to push this idea? What good is it without money, without debate exposure, without ballot access.... I just don't get it.

Debate exposure? He needs to be above 15 percent to get into debates.
Moreover, do you honestly expect him to win the nomination? I am going to receive a lot of flack for this, but what is your plan for the GOP? The GOP is a private organization and they can change the rules whenever they want. So, even if Ron ends up with almost all of the delegates come convention time (brokered), they can just change the rules. Why do you want to be a part of a party or organization that is doing the type of shit we have seen in Iowa, Maine, Nevada, Georgia, and Missouri? Ron needs to work with AmericanElect (whatever they are called) and he ll be on the ballot. The money? We can help him with that.
It's time to get real.
The media has always been pretty bipolar to Ron Paul. Most of the time they bash/ignore him, but every once in a while throw in a good story here and there.
