Negative, Ghost Rider. It was a roundtable discussion. Your video is from 2 or 3 weeks ago.

.

Goose, talk to me goose, ............you there?

I heard this once when i was flying. Cracked me up. I love that movie.

I believe you are wrong, and I sentence you to watch Top Gun and learn that Maverick's plane was named Ghost Rider. Sentence to be carried out immediately. Bailiff, take him away.

Actually.. the originator.. I think.. is described here:

"(Ghost) Riders in the Sky: A Cowboy Legend"

is a country and cowboy-style song.

It was written on June 5, 1948 by Stan Jones.

What I remember it from, from my teenage years, is a song by "The Outlaws"

And Johnny Cash did a version too:

"Live version" Johnny Cash - Ghost Riders In The Sky

None of that has anything to do with the phrase "Negative, Ghost Rider", which is a Top Gun reference. Yes, I've heard Ghost Riders In The Sky many times.

LOL. They used that phrase in the old PBS show, "Ghost Writer," so I assumed it was originally from that. But you're probably right that it's from Top Gun originally.

Ahh.. I see.. I get cha now..

and posting again.. gives me the opportunity to respond to
what I just saw the young guy in the green room say.. like..

"What will he (RP) do after next November?"

my response to him:

"I don't know dude.. like.. maybe.. run the country as President? Duh..."

.

Oh man, I used to watch that show when I was little. It was pretty lame but I kept watching it. Kind of like MSM.

OK, I just listend to the audio. Despite the smirking and chuckling, you can tell a quiet admission from those commentators.

  • That Ron Paul is affecting the race in NH
  • He has the most vocal and visible supporters
  • His signs are everywhere
  • He's the most straight-talking and honest campaigner

All in all, not that bad a coverage, I think.

I have the show in a .tivo file on my PC. Can anyone tell me how to get it into a format for youtube? PM me if you want to help.

see the one stooge who kept adding one liners in there... to appease his masters..

"he is an isolationist" etc...

who was that dufus? I mean, is there "one" in every crowd?

I didn't find it super positive, they still kind of dismissed his chances. LSU got much more psotive coverage.

Hillary's doing well, nominate Ron Paul. They should be saying that David Brooks! The one true straightalker! Ron Paul!

Thanks for the youtube, Mastiff.

Are you kidding me, this was awesome coverage. Most support, straight talker, lots of money. What is not to like?
