ABC news says we're done.

We all need to get enraged again. And we all need to suck it up and ifght harder.

Omnipresent supporters...

We have been noticed. We all knew our impact would be hard pressed in the polls with the lack of media attention. Its time to see how the party responds. We are legion.

This is a total hit piece, aimed at us, telling us to give up already and vote for a CFR-approved candidated. Well, Fuck Them. Ain't gonna happen.

I do not give a crap what they say. I have seen enough about them. Piss on 'em.

I do like this part, it's actually one of the rare MSM comments that is truthful (except the last sentences):

Footprints in the Sand
No matter the outcome, Paul's mark on the Republican race is undeniable.

Paul dominated the foreign policy portions of several GOP forums, notably the ABC News/Facebook-sponsored debate before the New Hampshire primary, and effectively made his anti-military involvement plea to bring the troops home at a debate sponsored by CNN in Los Angeles.

Paul's popularity among military members in fundraising should give pause to the other Republican candidates, all supporters of the Iraq war. With the economy nearing a possible recession, even Paul's economic ideas — his constant warnings about inflation, his complaints about the Fed's manipulation of the credit markets and the Treasury Department's manipulation of the dollar — have gotten a second look, even if his solutions to those problems, like doing away with the IRS and returning to the gold standard, seem eternally relegated to the fringe.

Methinks we have different definitions of 'hit piece'. Does it suck that Paul has been blacklisted from most 'trusted media'? Yes. Does this article further the notion among many (less rabid) Paul supporters that the gig is up? Probably. Nevertheless, I can't see how anybody who tries to be mildly unbiased about the motivations of the reporter could perceive this article as a "total hit piece". Perhaps it is just within the context of a total media blackout, but it seems that mentioning a lot of crucial Paul agenda items as election/debate-defining is incredibly respectful, especially considering he's garnering around 10% in polls (and votes).

I wonder if we'll find a way to spend less time playing the victim and more time demonstrating the value of our cause to the average American.

They're giving us some dog scrap concessions now that they think we are going to drop out.

"While the others across the candidate pool spent every day this year in and out of the 24 total Super Tuesday states, Ron Paul did not start his retail trips into Super Tuesday states until Jan. 31. He had fewer than half the campaign events in all states that Sen. Hillary Clinton had in California."
By the way, is that really true? What the hell?

FWIW, the article seems pretty balanced and extremely positive (on the third page) towards the impact Paul has had on the election. It is unfortunate that the positive support for the pertinence of Paul's pet issues comes so late in the game, but no matter what happens with the election a lot of people's eyes have been opened.

agreed. i thought that was actually a fair article.

They are censoring comments again

I posted twice but they (moderators) didn't post them

all I did was point out RP says recession - people laughed - now everyone says it
RP says Fed prints too much money - people laughed - now Fed says it prints too much money
1992 Ross Perot says NAFTA - sucking sound of jobs leaving America -people laughed - where have all the jobs gone

Google CFR, NAU, Fed Reserve

Don't people ever learn????

the count goes up and down like a yo-yo
they are so unAmerican

Here was the ABC "coverage plan" for Super Tuesday from their secret website:
http://abcnewsradio.com/08election/advisories/supertuesday.html

Notice their coverage plan doesn't include Ron Paul but does include the others. They never planned on covering Ron.

Don't you people see? We are doing exactly what they want us to do. Whine, give up, vote for the lesser of two evils, like we've always done. We're giving them fuel. We make them sound legit. Look at Ron Paul - he didn't win shit, his supporters are scattered and are quickly abandoning the bandwagon, his money bombs are nothing what they used to be. This is the picture they paint and what do we do to prove them wrong? Nothing. By our indifference and negativity, we nod our heads and say yes establishment, you're right, what were we thinking when we thought Ron Paul stood a chance....

This is no time to be down. Do not give up. You're down, but the ref didn't count to 10 just yet. Get up, revise your approach and try again. And again. And again. Their strength lies in your weakness, apathy, fair-weather support. Don't make them ever stronger. Make them weak, prove them wrong.

Who told ABC News about Ron Paul?

There were only three GOP candidates until Feb. 6. Now there apears to be four again.

I like the part where he says, "Paul dominated the foreign policy portions" of the debates.

They are reporting on the Ron Paul Revolution? I thought it was common knowledge in the media that were was NO revolution.
