Gary Johnson A call for unity between Paul supporters and Johnson supporters.

I would agree with this if Ron Paul was still running, but the truth is that we haven't been invaded instead what is happening is those that planned on voting for Ron Paul are now asking themselves ok now what?

Exactly. Not to mention, one of all our main focuses has been "what to do, to make the biggest impact". The biggest bang for the buck, sort of speak.

I'm not opposed to a Ron Paul write in. I just think it's less effective. We all know that neither Gary Johnson or Ron Paul is going to win. And we all know that the RNC could care less about our votes now. And so, they're not even trying to earn our votes back. And we all would like to send the RNC a clear message,
"that our votes do count. And if you (the RNC) aren't going to support a Liberty candidate, then we will. And you (RNC) will lose every election from now until you actually start supporting Liberty candidates."

I also think that a little redemption is in order. If we have to get that from retaliation, then so be it. But, by arguing and fighting amongst one another on which candidate we are going to support, for our "no win" election, just gives the RNC, DNC and others fodder. I can see the headlines now:

"Ron Paul supporters now battling themselves"

Since Ron Paul lost in his bid for the GOP nominee, the Ron Paul followers have continued the fight. Only now, instead of the RNC, they've turned on one another. Seems Ron Paul was the glue that was keeping them together.
And now for something important. A cat was rescued from a tree.....

I know that sounds slanderous. And wasn't meant to be insulting. But, if we can't at least agree to disagree, and start ignoring the post we don't agree with, this will be our reputation the RNC will feed off of, if we ever become relevant again. Which in turn will give possible new comers a reason to look the other way.

I won't be voting for him either. And I've never believe that this movement is the borg and that the only way we can be successful is if we are of one mind. We have a very large coalition of diverse organizations, and by our very nature we fiercely value our independent thinking. The infighting is by design - to keep us irrelevant. I know that now. It's been triggered at the top. We need to be the kind of people who allow for diverse opinions while at the same time moving forward with the message.

The system is corrupt and almost impenetrable. Get your ducks in a row at the local level. Please. We need to be working from the bottom up now.
