88% reporting the 75% reporting now 88% reporting again...confusion

Why on cnn.com did it go from 88% reporting then i refresh and it goes down to 75% reporting and then refresh again and it goes back to 88%?

im confused...what is this?

Because they have the - (minus) votes

Cause all the recent counted votes was for Ron Paul, (-) so the counter goes backward too.

I have screenshots of his votes going from 16,281 then refresh and his votes going down to 16,197...with 88% reporting on both...wtf...this is not right, something is fucked up...im so mad, and i know america is fucked because of this.
