6 Signs the U.S. May Be Headed for War in Iran

Other than Chaney's trip and Fallon resigning, none of the other things are new. If we start something with Iran we don't have the spare military to deal with it. It would be a very dumb thing to do- far dumber than Iraq was.

Sure we do. We have you and everyone that has signed up for selective service.

Plenty of troops to invade Iran unsuccessfully.

This is a global war on the evl-doers and we must kill as many of them as it takes to make them realize how good we are.

The cynical side of me thinks a draft is what is needed to wake up the majority of America.

But that same cynical side knows that a draft isn't coming until after some sort of shock event that will scare them into submission.

Seems the 2-headed single war party will win regardless until we take it over from the inside.

Long live Oceania.....

It would take time to establish the draft- which has to be authorized by Congress which is not in the mood to do so right now, call in all the people they were going to, have them report, and get them trained. The link given says it can take 193 days to have them report from the time the draft is authorized and then you have several months training. Then you have to equip them- bodies are not the only thing the Iraq war is running out of. No spare tanks, trucks or weapons to fight with so you need to manufacture them. We have air power but not land forces available.

Congress is owned and follows orders, or else. These are the people who are about to draft Americans to destroy their enemies and further their hedgmony and global control. The Bad Guys

Make no mistake, nuclear war is about to begin, and America will be targeted.

Nope. Executive orders are just waiting to be enacted. Congress need not approve.

What about UN resolutions? Isn't that what sparked war in Iraq years before we invaded?

According to the Selective Service site linked to earlier, it does require Congress. http://www.sss.gov/seq.htmAnd again, it takes time to get it running and get people trained. Plus the equipment shortages.

Per executive order, in a time of emergency defined by the President, the constitution can be suspended and all authority for everything in the country is piped through the ececutive branch controlled FEMA.

The expansion of the war into Iran will precipitate martial law, suspension of the constitution, and FEMA running the country, including establishing the NAU with check-points along all major U.S. corridors. Hell is on the way!

Or just do it by Executive Order - whether leagal or not, Congress won't stand in the way.
