The implication is that he was not selected by the godless, treasonous, adulterous, smut peddling, lying fornicator to the supreme court was because the predominantly Christian republican would oppose a gay judge.

This same crowd who would reject a gay Judge Nap also welcomes people like Lindsey Graham to the fold. Btw there have been humors that Ms Graham is gay but just like Judge Nap and every other person who are supposed of being gay, they haven't come out yet

When a man dies and the obit says survived by another man first before family it is usually a good indication that it is a gay couple. I also remember some pundit outing him on Fox earlier this year saying "open secret", maybe Coulter but can't remember. Then there was the site I posted that had a link listing him as a domestic partner.

I heard it called "open secret" by a pundit but is it really secret considering or maybe half open, who knows. As for info coming out of his mouth it depends. I do not believe homosexuality should be taught or promoted to children. Especially to the extent which it is now. What kind of Judge would he be in that respect.

We already know he was either always controlled opposition or that he can be blackmailed, that's not a good pick for SCOTUS.

I'm more convinced hes being blackmailed. I can't see Trump nominating him whens hes nearly 70 years of age. He'd only be on the SC for about 10-15 years. Not enough time to make a good impression imo. Trump should be focusing on people that are like Napolitano but 30 years younger.

The country is so rotten to it's core that if the rumors are still true that Trump is going to try and drain the swamp and needs another justice to do it, the first 2 years of this process will be more important than the next 50 years could be.
I doubt we'll see anything happen though. True justice seems very far off.

But I'm still holding out 2% hope that its happening and in that scenario there's like 10% chance that this is indeed a strategy to get Judge nap on the SC bench.
After all he said that it is impeachable to ask to investigate the Bidens in the Ukraine if there is no investigation running that investigates them in the USA.
However, isn't there one?
