Actually is Massachussetts technically not Ron Pauls because the delegates that were won can only come into play during the second round of voting?

Not so much. They are only "bound" in the vote for president. Not all other votes.

Including the vote for Vice president.
 
Does anyone else expect this to be the longest convention in history?
 
Couple of stupid questions -

1) Why/when would we need roll calls?

2) Do/Can the Paul campaign bring in paid parliamentarians from outside? Is that the norm? Or are the delegates supposed to be parliamentarians themselves?
