THE 4TH AMENDMENT TO THE US CONSTITUTION/BILL OF RIGHTS
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
TO ALL NURSES/DOCTORS: WHY ARE YOU VIOLATING THE PROTECTED RIGHTS OF YOUR FELLOW CITIZENS BY RELEASING MEDICAL RECORDS TO THE U. S. GOVERNMENT? YOU ARE VIOLATING THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND COMMITTING CIVIL AND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS. THE GOVERNMENT CAN NOT ENFORCE AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW AND THE CODE THAT REQUIRES YOU TO GIVE UP THE INFORMATION ON YOUR PATIENTS IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND THEY CAN SUE YOU FOR DAMAGES.HAS WARRANTS FOR THE RELEASE OF YOUR PATIENTS MEDICAL RECORDS BEEN ISSUED?CODES AND STATUTES DO NOT OVERRIDE THE CONSTITUTION. THE CONSTITUTION HAS TO BE AMENDED AND ACTS OF CONGRESS DOES NOT AMEND THE CONSTITUTION.

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.
