400,000 march for "climate change" in NYC

I bet you most of those 400,000 people is using smart phones, which uses petroleum products and rare earth metals. And probably half of the ones that own smart phones upgrade a new one every year. The same smart phones they use to take their selfies and to record the event.

haha..

Can't march against war in DC anymore since a Dem is the presidential warmonger now. Gotta find a new cause to blame on everyone else.

I wonder how much CO2 and fossil fuels those 400k burned to get to NYC?

Well , Gore , Chuck Schumer , Sheldon Whitehouse and Bernie Sanders were there to represent .

Oh , yeah , India and China are not sending anyone important to the summit .....

what does wasting smartphones have to do with climate? are you suggesting people who hate oil companies and want carbon emissions have to hate capitalism?

Eh, it's New York on a nice, Sunday afternoon. If you eliminate the shoppers, Central Park people, tourists, passerby, residents, people going to work, curious people on the stoops/sidewalks, etc., then it's far fewer than 400k.

I am against the whole climate change BS but I am sorry, the woman in that video is retarded. After the nonsesne she pulled during the interview and the title she or her editor gave the video, I would not grant her any more interviews in the future.

What the fuck does using cell phones have to do with carbon emission? Maybe he charged it with a solar panel or electricity from hydro electric dam or the dozen other non carbon emitting power sources. Then again, he is talking about reducing carbon emission not eliminating all of it. This is just bad, the video from reason does a better job informing the audience on what these people are about.

That reporter wasn't even challenging Kennedy that much, but he still got bent out of shape. Kennedy not only grabs her microphone, but his little friend in the background starts wagging his finger at the reporter. lol
