I went through it, pretty bad... 28 pages is a lot of pages, they don't just talk about the weather.
The pages show no officials links between the Saudi government and the hijackers who killed nearly 3,000 people in New York.
However, the report found it was likely that the attackers had financial help from people inside the kingdom.

Same section in the final 9/11 joint inquiry report released to the public:
"In the October 10, 2002 closed hearing, FBI Director Mueller acknowledged...
These are obviously not from the same version of documents.
